What began as a boutique consultancy has evolved into a trusted authority in Dubai’s competitive real estate market—driven by integrity, transparency, and an unwavering commitment to client success.
2016
By 2016, Hubbards had grown into a recognised boutique real estate agency representing some of Dubai’s most prestigious developments.
We formed strategic partnerships with elite developers including Emaar, Sobha Realty, and Azizi—providing our clients with exclusive early access to the city’s most anticipated project launches.
This year also marked a major milestone for Hubbards, as we were nominated for “Best Emerging Brokerage” at the Gulf Real Estate Awards.
2019
Expanding our footprint to serve clients across Europe, Asia, and the UK.
We launched a dedicated Global Client Division, introducing international investors to Dubai’s high-return off-plan market.
2022
We expanded our presence across the UAE, establishing new hubs in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, while officially announcing our international entry into the United Kingdom.
This milestone positioned Hubbards as one of the few Dubai-born real estate brands operating across multiple continents.
We also introduced Hubbards Global Advisory, a specialised division focused on private-wealth real estate consulting for high-net-worth individuals.
